Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability and presentation of a valid proof of purchase.

Surhurn does not offer refunds or returns.

To request an exchange, please get in touch with us at support@surhurn.com or message +92 340 5866292 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for exchange.

In the event of a lost shipment, please reach out to us with your complete order details. Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched.

Shipping charges apply to all exchanges.
